The Strongman Penis Sleeve  The Strongman Penis Sleeve is our second knotted sleeve. This sleeve has 2 knots in it to give a push pull/full sensation with both the in and out stroke.  The Strongman measures 8.25" in length. The head is 1.75" in diameter, the first knot is 2.25" in diameter. The sleeve then narrows from the first knot back down to 1.75". The sleeve finishes with the 2nd knot stepping back out to 2.25" that tappers back down to 1.75" at the bottom of the sleeve. Shortening The Strongman sleeve is not an option. Doing so defeats the design and function of the sleeve. The Strongman can accept a 1" diameter core up to 7" in length and a 1.125" diameter core up to 6.5" in length.
