The Timmy 8.5 Penis Sleeve The Timmy 8.5 Penis Sleeve (medium girth sleeve) measures in at 8.5" of insertable length with a girth 5" (12.7cm) at the base of the sleeve, 5.625" (14.29cm) girth at mid-sleeve, and 6" (15.24cm) of girth just below the head of the sleeve, which is the sleeve's widest point.  A Timmy sleeve has a straight taper, which means the largest diameter is just below the head. From there the sleeve tapers straight is down to the narrowest part of the sleeve which is at the opening.
