After much research for what brand would be the best for what I needed, I knew KK wouldn't let me down. Let me first say, my experience with Lana has been one of the best customer service experiences I have EVER had. She is truly an angel on this earth and a true example of how a business owner should interact with their customers. She was so kind and helped me with everything I needed. I felt completely confident and happy to give her my money.Now let's get to the quality of the hair. It is soft, manageable, a great thickness, and the EXACT curl pattern I wanted. I am soooo happy and satisfied with the hair quality and how the curls act and wear over the course of the week.If you are thinking of buying curly clip ins and don't want to completely break the bank but still have great qualit
