Hall Effect Sensor - Reinforced
Reinforced ZF Hall effect sensor fabricated using chemical and abrasion resistant materials with a durable strain relief. Problem: Standard Hall effect sensors are prone to failure during installation and use. Wire leads often pull out from the sensor body under tension, while vibration can cause shorts due to abrasion of insufficient shielding. Additionally, standard sheathing materials offer poor resistance to high temperatures, fuel, and chemical exposure leading to premature degradation. Solution: The HCE Heavy Duty Hall Effect Sensor is engineered for durability in demanding environments. A high-temperature silicone boot is potted directly to the end of the sensor, providing solid strain relief and preventing wire pullout during handling, installation, or vibration. Surrounding the signal wires is an abrasion-resistant inner lining rated for high temperatures, protecting against mechanical wear and heat exposure. Over that, a chemical-resistant secondary outer liner shields the as
