Our delicious wild Alaskan Whitefish combo is: Wild Caught Alaskan Halibut & Cod (50/50 split of each kind) Sushi-grade Professionally fileted & flash frozen Individually vacuum-packaged Boneless, skinless Each individual cod portion generally weighs 8-12 oz* Each individual halibut portion generally weighs 5-9 oz* Each 7.5lb share generally contains 6-8 halibut portions, and 5-7 cod portions. *variation is expected with a wild product This combo share is a great way to get a small amount of both halibut & cod (at least 3.5lbs of each for a total of 7.5lbs).
