Details about our delicious wild Alaskan halibut & cod loins: Sushi-grade Professionally fileted & flash frozen Individually vacuum-packaged Boneless, skinless Each halibut portion generally weighs 5-9 oz* Each 6lb halibut share generally contains 13-17 portions Each cod portion is a premium cod loin cut and generally weighs 8-12 oz* Each 6lb share of cod generally contains 8-12 portions The 50/50 combo box is equal weight of each type of fish, number of portions may vary.
