you can either purchase the full kit (sitz container and bag of herbs) from me or herbs from me and get large bowl Step One: boil water ( about a half a gallon, because u may want to add more hot water as the water in your sitz container or bowl cools off) for about 10 minutes, after 10 minutes has passed, pour about 2 to 3 tablespoons in water and rapid boil for about 6-7 min COVERED. Step Two: place container in toilet  OR on floor (my preferred method) and pour boiled herbs into sitz container. make sure steam is comfortable enough for you to sit over. Step Three: If your doing the toilet method, follow photo demonstration AND get u a sheet to cover your bottom half with to keep as much of the steam inside as long as possible. on floor: put towel or mat down, place container on floor and pour herb brew into pan. make sure heat is ok to steam over. get on your knees with container in between your legs, bend over on forearm (almost like face down, butt up position) and drape a sheet o
