Aloe castilloniae Smooth leaf form

Aloe castilloniae A beautiful miniature Aloe from Madagascar that was only discovered in the 2000s. It is a slow growing species with curved leaves that are green to brownish (depending on light) with red teeth on the leaf margins. This form of the species has smooth leaf surfaces (i.e. lacking red spines or prickles except on the margins). Leaves are curved and individual heads are usually 3-4 inches diameter. Forms clumps in time. Takes similar care to other small Aloe species and hybrids. Protect from frost. You will receive the plants shown in the images.   It is shown  growing in a 3.5" pot.
