Aloe suprafoliata *Mustache Aloe*
Aloe suprafoliata One of the most unusual Aloe species. This is a smaller Aloe that produces long, thin blue leaves with attractive teeth. What makes this species special is that all the leaves are two ranked and are stacked on top of each other (distichous), rather than being in a spiral like most Aloes. The plant may spiral after several years, but keeping it underpotted and growing it "hard" will maintain the desired growth form indefinitely. Also, mature plants pup so even if it spirals it will make new plants that are parallel. Easy to grow. Likes lots of light and should be watered when the soil is nearly dry. Keep drier in winter. Protect from frost. You will receive the plant shown in the images. Plant shown in a 6" pot.
