This shirt order form template is perfect for crafters who want to improve their organization and order taking process. The colors presented are just a reference, and you can choose your preferred color. Important Notes: Your logo for the inside pages cannot be white. Low-quality logos may appear pixelated on the cover or inside the template. There is no black full-print option for the cover. Every template includes a calendar for the current year. Designs and/or templates cannot be combined with any other planner/template. Each notebook measures 10" high by 8" wide. Custom sizes and larger sizes are not available. How to Order: In the description box, provide all your information and social media usernames (including platform) so we can contact you for cover approval. We will send you 3 cover design options based on your logo and branding. If you don't like them and require changes, there will be an additional cost.
