Handmade Celadon Korean Ceramic Moon Pot With Inlaid Design Clouds With Cranes In Flight

This gorgeous handmade Korean vase is glazed in jade green celadon , also known as, green ware. This type of transparent glaze, has small crackles in it after firing, which is a sought after characteristic, referred to as "Crackle Glaze". The design is inlaid under the glaze, a process started between the 10th and 12th century. The bottom of the vase is signed in Korean, by the artist Han Gi Woong of Icheon, Korea. It measures 5" tall with a circumference of 17" around its widest part. *Vintage items may have wear, production imperfections, traces of age.
