This Madrid Amber Depression glass platter would be perfect for serving an assortment of vegetables, sides, or even main dishes! It is in the Madrid pattern in Amber color, this was produced in the 1930s by Federal Glass, as one their earliest depression glassware patterns. These platters are from a set purchased in the late 1930s and passed through 3 generations of one family. Some collectors call this the Recollection Pattern. These dishes measure 11.25" x 8" from rim to rim, the interior oval measures 9.5" x 6.5"approximately, and .5" deep.
