We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to receive a 100% refund; changes made after that window are non-refundable. Your appointment fee will be applied toward your purchase.For example, if you buy $100 worth of merchandise, you’ll receive $50 off at checkout, equal to your appointment fee.
