Supporting the Southern Smoke Foundation Flavor with Purpose. Community with Heart. This set was created in honor of our participation in Southern Smoke Festival 2025, where the food and beverage community came together to make an incredible impact—raising $1.7 million at this years event. We developed three distinctive blends—5S, Green Smoked Salt, and Black Smoked Salt—featured in our festival dish (recipe coming soon!) and offered in the merch tent. What began as a special collaboration has become an ongoing partnership, continuing the spirit of support and community far beyond the festival. The Southern Smoke Foundation Spice Set includes: 5S - Five S’s in one bright, smoky blend—salty, sweet, sour, and spicy, balanced with lime and tamarind. Black Smoked Salt - Cold-smoked salt with rich and complex Tellicherry pepper. Green Smoked Salt - Cold-smoked salt with Hatch green chile and garlic.
