Cartellate are the traditional Christmas fritters made in Puglia at Christmas time.  As per the  tradition these Cartellate are already dipped in Cotto di Fichi (Fig Vin Cotto). These are just like the ones your Nonna would have made. These Cartellate are hand made in Puglia. Photos are of the actual product.
