We considered naming our Ume Guava Sorbetto “Umami Sorbetto”. Fruity, floral and a smooth texture that comes from the guava, and a bit of sour saltiness from Ume and Japanese Plum Wine are combined to create this sweet and mildly savory sorbetto.
