HOW TO Step 1: ENHANCE: Slightly overline outside the upper lip line with Ultra Suede® Sculpting Lip Pencil, focusing on the cupid's bow. Step 2: LIFT: Slightly overline the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the liner upwards to the outer corners moving the liner inside the lip line.
