La Primavera, Single Origin

From the lush hills of Santa María, Huila, Finca La Primavera brings us a standout single origin crafted with precision and heart. At 1,780 meters, second-generation producer Aldemar Osorio cultivates Caturra, Castillo, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, and Chiroso—each variety carefully tended on his 6-hectare farm. His unique fermentation method, using closed barrels and a mix of mucilage and water, adds depth and distinction to every lot. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with rich notes of cocoa nibs and a bright touch of raspberry—an honest expression of Huila’s vibrant terroir.
