The Coffee Caramel apple, chocolate covered cherry, & vanilla The main reason why we call it "Honey Process" is the mucilage/pulp surrounding the coffee bean is sticky and turns brown during drying and hence gives the bean a honey-like color and smell. Honey Processing is a method in which fresh coffee cherries are de-pulped but allowed to dry without washing. One major benefit in this process is it requires less water than the Washed Process. -- The Story La Terza believes in the magic of coffee as a catalyst for connection with self, others, and within communities.
