Death Valley Nails - WEDGIE (glow)

From Death Valley Nails   "Milk base filled with green/blue aurora micro flakes. Glows pink/lavender depending on the strength of the UV rays used. We suggest using a base coat and 3-4 coats of polish followed by a top coat for a strong glow. Shake bottle thoroughly before applying. Activated by natural sunlight for a soft glow or UV blacklight for a strong glow.
