Salted Galapagos Turtles

Since 2011, the Salted Galápagos Turtles have been our b e s t s e l l e rrrrrrrrrrrrrr of all time. More evolved than traditional turtles, since they're made with high quality organic, vegan ingredients and all that, so we named them in reference to Charles Darwin's study of the giant tortoises of the Galápagos Islands, which led to his famous theory of evolution. We like to think we're making more "evolved" confections by living out our passion for chocolate-making while refusing to compromise our ethical standards. As Emma Goldman almost definitely would have put it if she'd had one of our turtles: If I can't eat salted caramel + chocolate + toasted pecans I don't want to be a part of your revolution.
