Created To Soar Giclee

Parrot tulips in hues of red and white emerge from a background wash of rich gold variations. The painting achieves many lost and found edges combined with a balance of hard edges and darks values. The sun light illuminates the blooms as if diffused by the branches and trees above. The original watercolor was a finalist in Holland's Art In Bloom competition for the Tulip Time festival. This giclee shows Carrie's loose, layered style.
