Accommodations at a Glance Summer 2025 (Students of all ages that have accommodations)

Lakemere Learning has used a one page "Accommodations at-a-Glance form to help students feel more comfortable talking about their strengths and struggles and the accommodations they find most helpful. This is for students of all ages that have accommodations. The session is 1 hour long with a few documents to be sent to us prior to the meeting. After the session, you will receive the document via email. Sessions are with Christy Broyles. We have I hour spots available between 12 -3PM on the following dates...
