Release // aromatherapy roller

I designed this aromatherapy oil because I wanted a travel friendly way for people to be able to deal with everyday stress, tension, aches + pains. My absolute favorite way to use this oil is to apply some to my abdomen to prevent & ease menstrual cramps. I also find it super helpful on the temples for keeping tension headaches at bay. In addition, a few quick strokes on the back of the neck with a bit of self massage brings great release + relaxation.  All organic: mugwort infused apricot and olive oil + essential oils of geranium, lavender, blue chamomile, spearmint, clary sage + ginger
