This is my version of an herbal "icy-hot" balm. The base of this salve is St. John’s wort, arnica flowers, and white willow bark which are known to relieve pain and soothe tension in the muscles and nerves. I also infused pounds of cayenne + ginger to bring warmth and circulation to the area applied.  In addition, I used menthol crystals & a blend of essential oils for their soothing and cooling effects.  All organic: olive & jojoba oil infused with St. John’s wort, cayenne pepper, arnica flowers, white willow bark & ginger, local beeswax, menthol crystals + essential oils of peppermint, hyssop, rosemary, eucalyptus and fir needle. * PLEASE WASH HANDS AFTER APPLYING.
