Part of their farm is dedicated to growing the Geisha variety which is a very high quality coffee plant variety that originated in Ethiopia and introduced in Panama in the 1960s. This microlot came from four thousand Geisha coffee plants planted in 2021 and harvested on January 8th, 2025.
