Colombian The Fat Cat

  This smooth, balanced coffee starts off with a hint of nectarine followed by a brown sugar finish. We have found that while it does have enough body to take milk or sugar, it’s a very nice stand alone coffee.  Department - Bucaramanga Varietal - Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, Typica Altitude - 3,280 - 6,561 feet Process - Washed & Sun Dried Notes - Nectarine, brown sugar, and milk chocolate.
