Oaked Rum

40% ABV (80 proof)  |  750ml Nate may have put his heart into our debut Silver Rum, but our second rum release got a piece of his property. In addition to aging Oaked Rum in once-used Rye barrels, Nate made use of an oak tree that was cut down and dried on his property to add a signature vanilla oak flavor along with a whiskey-like finish to the flavor profile. This spirit is one smooth sipper on its own, but it makes for an excellent addition to your favorite rum cocktails and is a worthy stand-in on whiskey-based cocktails as well.
