Wooden Charcuterie Boards - Black Sinker Cypress

Landrum Cheese Boards are hand-crafted in Charleston, South Carolina. Each board is one-of-a-kind and created from locally sourced wood. The boards can be used as cheese and charcuterie boards or as every-day cutting boards. WOOD WE ARE USING AT THIS TIME IS BLACK RIVER CYPRESS Length: 25", Width: 9"  $165 Can pack and ship for flat $10 This cypress is from the Savannah River. Black cypress is always very old. Each log that had an all green color when cut is carbon dated at least 2000 years old. It has been in the river for that long, plus the years it took to originally grow. Our diver has carbon dated many of these all green logs.  It takes thousands of years for minerals to penetrate to the center of the log.
