High Strength Knuckle Stud kit

This knuckle stud kit consists of 8 studs, 8 washers and 8 nuts The studs have a 9mm hex drive head and a taller shoulder that fully engages with the cone washer. The end result is a higher clamping force on the stud to prevent it from loosening. Testing of installed studs shows a 65% increase (50fts) in torque needed to initially turn these studs over that of a stock stud. Installation can be performed by only removing the tire. Torque the stud to 40 ftlbs and the nuts to 90 ftlbs in 3- "X" pattern passes. Add a set of cone washers to refresh all the knuckle hardware and maximize the clamping force.
