CS Johnson Stanchion Grommet for 6mm Life Line This grommet is designed to help protect a 6mm or 3/16" life line from chafing as it passes through the Stanchion eye post hole . You will need to drill a 7/16" hole in the stanchion post and push the grommet into the hole for a secure finish. Each post will require two grommets per stanchion hole.
