V stands for Variety. Sterling silver or 14k yellow, white, or rose gold ear wire,  designed to add or take off a variety of different interchangeable colored gemstone charms. Featured in this photo are the following gemstones: Amethyst; Blue Topaz; Sunset Topaz; Sea Foam Quartz; Orchid Topaz; and Citrine. Note: all gemstones are enhanced in some way, from simple heating at the mine, to irradiation in the case of blue Topaz.  Measurements range from: 7x9mm; 8x10mm; and 9x14mm in size.
