Available in 5 lb and 10 lb bags for home roasters Our washed-process Doi Inthanon lot comes from a cluster of small, remote villages in Northern Thailand, perched above 1,600 meters. Cool mountain air and slow cherry maturation develop dense, high-quality seeds with a remarkably clean cup profile. One of these villages, Akad Noi, is home to farmers like Manit, Attisak, and So. Until recently, processing here was incredibly basic—some families even used a mortar & pestle to pulp cherries by hand. Since 2018, our co-op partners have helped build out village-level infrastructure, combining production across multiple micro-parcels to create export-ready washed lots without losing the character of place.
