At an elevation of 1,700 meters, the coffee was shade-grown and carefully harvested at peak ripeness. This lot was processed using the anaerobic natural method, where cherries were sealed in airtight tanks for 72 hours to enhance complexity and sweetness. The result: a vibrant, fruit-forward cup that’s both rich and refined. Expect notes of cranberry, ponche, and rooibos layered over a smooth, silky body.
