The larger size more effectively removes the glaze on the diamond blades, re-exposing the diamonds and readying the blade for cutting. 80G ALUMINUM OXIDE This dressing block is a great choice for dressing Covington's Ultimate Glass blade. It will de-glaze the rim and re-expose the diamond for better cutting performance.  220G SILICON CARBIDE This dressing block is perfect for re-exposing the diamond on any of the Covington lapidary blades. Just take a few slices off the block to de-glaze the rim and be back to cutting in no time! 220G ALUMINUM OXIDE This dressing stick is the best choice for dressing your resin blade. It is a softer, less aggressive stone, which allows for easy dressing of the resin blade without fear of breaking the blade's fragile rim.
