Our Holographic Fine Glitter will give your nails that perfect holographic sparkle shine! Instructions: Apply base color (optional). Apply gel base coat, DO NOT cure the base. Sprinkle a layer of the glitter onto nail after applying a thin layer of base gel coat then cure. Brush off excess powders off the nail Apply a layer of builder/hard gel to prevent chipping (optional) Seal with gel top coat OR leave raw Must be used over gel topcoat and sealed with gel top coat or left raw.
