In Mayan times, it was common to roll tortillas (called 'tlaxcalli') around other foods; this practice evolved over the years to become the savory, saucy dish we know today. Our version preserves these classic elements while adding spices, local, seasonal vegetables, and organic free-range chicken to create a well-rounded meal supercharged with anti-inflammatory health benefits.
