RIBS (Pork Baby Backs) - Holiday Christmas 2025

RIBS Our Smoked Baby Back Ribs are lightly dry brined with with Lawry's, sea salt and pepper. Then we add dusting of our Memphis seasoning and slow smoke to perfection! Planning your Meal There a 3 serving's of 4 rib bones per rack and I usually plan for this as a main meal. If you have other items, you can serve 2 racks per person and I plan for 6 people per rib rack. PICKUP: Pickup at our Casa, located in South Seattle and instructions for pickup on December 18th-19th, 2025 (between 9am-5pm) and will be emailed to you. You can set your date with us after the pickup date that is convenient for you!
