Lights that experience defects or failure within the first 6 months are eligible for a one-time free replacement.  Lights purchased between 6 months and 12 months ago are eligible for a replacement at 50 percent off the current retail price.  Lights purchased more than 12 months ago are no longer eligible for warranty replacement and require a new purchase.  This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty
