Les Parcellaires, Chambolle-Musigny

This is the best regional Bourgogne we’ve had in a while. And we drink a lot of Burgundy. This producer is all about small production - grapes were harvested from a single parcel and only one barrel was made. All that TLC translates to a wine that is top notch in both quality and accessibility. Gorgeous aromas of freshly macerated cherries waft from the glass, accented with a subtle peppery spice from 8-10 months in barrel.
