One ice brick is included with the purchase of any Latitude Board (and two for the Latitude XL).  Here's when an extra brick(s) may come in handy: -You like to set up ahead of time.  Each pack lasts at least 3-4 hours.   -You're a party animal.  You have your niece's baby shower in the afternoon, a book party scheduled in the evening, and you'd like to use your board for both. You have fresh snacks for the book party but not the time to refreeze the pack before round two.  Good thing you had an extra ice pack ready to go in the freezer!  *** Each pack is Non-toxic, BPA free, Reusable and Eco-friendly Instructions for use: Please allow 12 hours to freeze before first use.  Freeze flat.  Remove ice brick after use and refreeze.
