Antique Distressed French Painting of Bagpipes & Chair

This is an antique French painting of a set of bagpipes on a chair with a hat hanging on the chair's back. The canvas is unframed and slightly distressed, as there is a large section of loss to the area above the hat and a few other areas. There is also a small tear in the canvas (about 1" wide) in the lower left corner (shown).Canvas measures 21"W x 29"H x 1"D. The edges of the canvas do show some wear, but otherwise see images for details on condition. This piece is being offered at a special price.
