Small 1930s French Painting - Signed & Dated

This is a charming painting found in France that is signed and dated on the back. The content is a village street scene with a cathedral tower in the background. The tones are tans, creams, oranges, and blues. This piece is unframed and in good condition. Measures 13"W x 16"H. Light surface wear is present as well as some discoloration to the varnish. The canvas edge is worn in some places along the sides of the stretchers. See images.
