Varietal: 50+ year-old vines of Chardonnay, just below Les Houlieres near the center of town Vineyard Management: Sustainable Winemaking: Native yeast fermentation in 500L old foudre, unfined/unfiltered Vegan: Yes Typicity: Typical, and quintessentially classic.  Bio: Joseph is the second eldest son of eponymous vigneron Marc Colin. The family parcels contain some of the most heralded chardonnay soils on the planet. After working for his father for thirty years,  Joesph followed his brother (Pierre-Yves) and began to bottle under his own name from 6 hectares of the family's estate.
