CTS Laser-Jet Printer

Lawson’s Laser-to-Screen (LTS) Exposure Unit combines high-resolution direct laser imaging with a built-in exposure unit. Designed to image and expose screen printing frames up to 25" x 36" without vacuum or film positives, this LTS unit eliminates consumable ink, tubes, filters, pumps, and other maintenance items found in ink-jet systems. The LTS images and exposes screens in approximately 90 seconds. Paired with Lawson’s Ajax-Developer (learn more), it reduces operator fatigue and errors. A single operator can image, expose, and develop/washout a screen by handling the frame only twice. Using high-powered lasers to place and simultaneously burn/expose the image onto the screen, the LTS eliminates the need for expensive consumables like CTS ink.
