Epson Polyester DTG Pretreatment Solution | Optimized for Polyester Fabrics Note: Read the Polyester Pretreat Guide & FAQ for detailed instructions. Epson’s Polyester DTG Pretreatment Solution is designed for direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on T-shirts, hoodies, and other garments with a moderate-to-loose weave containing 50% or more polyester. For garments with 50% or more cotton, use a cotton pretreatment solution, such as Lawson’s Image Lock RFU. Available in an 18-liter (approximately 4.75-gallon) container, this pretreatment solution should be used undiluted for dark fabrics or diluted with distilled water at a 1:6 ratio for light-colored fabrics. Application Instructions: For optimal results, use the Lawson Zoom-AE DTG pretreatment sprayer. Agitate the solution before use and periodically if it has been sitting.
