Custom Steven C. Sams Sheath Knife

So what we have here is a beautiful custom Steven C. Sams Sheath Knife. This knife is in fantastic condition, and appears to have never been carried, used or sharpened. The guard does have some minor pits (see photos). The sheath that comes with this knife is a custom made one and is in fantastic condition also. I don't have any paper work or a box for this knife, and I don't know much about this knife maker for I have found nothing about him.
