"This neo-winegrower produces four cuvées: La Donna, La Bouffonne, L’Allumée and L’Allumée orange. It has the particularity of using Syrah de Calce in some of its blends and has recently planted new grape varieties: Castet, Mérille, Carménère and Cabernet Sauvignon. Her 2019 vintage of the Bouffonne cuvée is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The Merlot is cultivated on flint, the Cabernet Sauvignon on clay and the two grape varieties are "hermitaged" as in the 19th century with the powerful Syrah." -Supplier notes
