Pair of Warren Platner for Knoll Mid Century Modern Wire Lounge Arm Chairs

A pair of Warren Platner for Knoll wire lounge chairs. A gorgeous set of original Platner arm chairs for Knoll. These beautiful, iconic chairs feature a nickel plated metal wire design in the base and in the upper. These chairs were originally designed in 1966 by Warren Platner, designed to be "decorative, gentle, and graceful." The base features a rounded square shape, and tapers up into the rounded back seating. These chairs have custom reupholstered fabric, but have kept the original Knoll seat base on the underside as pictured above. These chairs are in very good condition, with only some slight discoloration to the fabric seats. These chairs measure 29.5 inches tall, 28 inches wide, and 22 inches deep. They have a seat height of 18.5 inches, a seat depth of 19.5 inches, and a back height of 11 inches. Note: A set of 4 matching fabric throw pillows were made to go along with these chairs.
