PE Design 10 Upgrade

Please note this item is DISCONTUNED. We are able to get them for the time being but once they're gone you will have to buy the full version of PE Design 11 in order to get a newer version of your software.  This listing is for PE Design 10 UPGRADE. This means you must already own PE-Design 5,6,7,8, or 9 (Next) in order for this to work. This upgrade will take any of the listed versions to version 10. Only version 10 can upgrade to version 11. If you have Version 5-9  and want to upgrade to version 11, you have to upgrade to version 10 first! You can not go directly from 5-9 to 11!  Upgrading to Version 10 will also upgrade your large clunky card reader dongle to the new, small, sleek USB dongle!  Version 10 does work with Windows 11 operating system.
